AskOro is an AI-powered knowledge assistant that:

• •Provides AI-generated answers to your questions based on your content

3. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for:

• •All activity that occurs under your account
• •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• •Ensuring your team members use the service appropriately

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• •Use AskOro for any illegal purpose or violate any laws
• •Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• •Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• •Use the service to transmit malicious code or spam
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

5. Your Content and Data

• •All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• •You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• •Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience unexpected outages. We're not liable for any downtime or data loss, though we make reasonable efforts to prevent both.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate:

We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
